Truist Mortgage is recruiting for a role focused on marketing and selling mortgage loan products in line with bank policies. The position emphasizes delivering sound mortgage advice, supporting clients, and driving cross-sell opportunities within Truist's suite of solutions.

The role requires knowledge of mortgage products, adherence to regulatory standards, and the ability to work with client documentation and closing processes.

Formación

• Experience in banking and/or lending environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment

Responsabilidades

• Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures and secondary market investor guidelines
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide mortgage guidance based on client needs and products
• Facilitate referrals to other bank solutions to deepen client opportunities
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as needed
