Job summary

U.S. Bank in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Outside Sales professional to meet or exceed home lending sales goals by building, developing, and managing relationships with COIs, clients, and prospects. You will consult with clients to understand home lending needs, promote U.S.

Bancorp products, generate leads, and participate in community events to grow the business. This role requires NMLS registration and compliance with banking policies; prior mortgage lending or relationship banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in mortgage lending, relationship banking, or related sales role.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and relationship management.
• Experience developing and managing relationships with clients and COIs.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building a profitable pipeline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, home lending processes, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Builds, develops, and maintains profitable lending and deposit relationships with COIs and clients.
• Consults with clients and prospects to understand home lending and business goals.
• Develops and promotes U.S. Bancorp products and services to best meet the business and personal needs of the customers and the Bank.
• Generates leads and grows a profitable loan portfolio.
• Represents the bank at civic and community functions to enhance U.S. Bank’s image and develop additional business opportunities and centers of influence.
