Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales professional to grow home lending relationships across COIs and clients in targeted markets.

You will meet or exceed sales goals by identifying opportunities, presenting tailored mortgage solutions, and collaborating with bank partners to deliver a full range of home lending products. In this role you will travel to client sites, develop strategic plans, build a robust pipeline, and maintain compliant practices while representing U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in mortgage lending, relationship banking, or related sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and building a profitable pipeline.
• Experience developing and managing relationships with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs).

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains profitable lending and deposit relationships with COIs and clients.
• Consults with clients to understand home lending and business goals.
• Develops and promotes U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet needs.
• Proactively deepens COI/client relationships and refers clients to other bank areas.
• Represents the bank at civic and community functions to develop business opportunities.
• Develops and executes tailored sales and marketing plans based on client needs.
