Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer or similar role (minimum 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to assess financial documents and analyze creditworthiness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• NMLS license.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on loan products, terms, and eligibility to clients.
