Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Business Development Manager to drive outside sales and grow home lending relationships with COIs, clients, and prospects. You will consult with customers to understand home lending goals and promote U.S.

Bancorp products to meet those needs. Locations include Remote in NC/PA with opportunities in Tucson, AZ and Raleigh-Durham, NC markets. You will build a robust pipeline, execute strategic sales plans, and represent the bank at community events while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in mortgage lending, relationship banking, or related sales role.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and relationship management.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to assess client needs and recommend financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales Activity: Develops and maintains profitable lending and deposit relationships with COIs and clients; conducts in-person meetings to understand business needs and promote U.S. Bancorp products.
• Other Activity: Develops sales and marketing plans; refers clients to branch members for ongoing relationship management; ensures compliance with ethics, AML, BSA, and related policies.
