U.S. Bank is seeking a growth-focused Mortgage Outside Sales Specialist to drive new business in designated markets. You will build and deepen relationships with COIs and clients, understand their home lending goals, and promote U.S.

Bancorp products to meet those needs. In this role you will travel to client sites, develop strategic sales plans, and participate in community networking to expand the bank's footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in mortgage lending, relationship banking, or related sales role.
• Experience developing and managing relationships with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs).
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building a profitable pipeline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, home lending processes, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Builds, develops, and maintains profitable lending and deposit relationships with new and existing COIs and clients.
• Consults with clients and prospects at their places of business to understand home lending goals.
• Identifies and promotes U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet those needs.
• Contributes to growth of a profitable loan portfolio through establishing relationships and generating leads.
• Represents the bank at civic and community functions to develop opportunities and centers of influence.
