U.S. Bank in Phoenix seeks a Mortgage Retail Regional Manager to lead Mortgage Loan Originators, achieve production goals, and drive profitability.

You will recruit, train, coach elite teams, and maintain a personal loan pipeline while building partnerships with realtors and internal partners. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator, plus strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Thorough knowledge of sales and sales strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed customer service/relations skills.
• Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products/services, operations, and current market trends.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 2+ years of proven success in mortgage loan origination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Retail Regional Manager in leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent; retain and manage performance.
• Participate in local/state mortgage banking associations; maintain industry knowledge.
• Promote sales environment through training, coaching, and marketing materials.
• Liaise between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments.
• Establish collaborations with other business lines within U.S. Bank.
• Willingness to travel 2+ hours per week.
