Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Escrow Oversight Specialist in the Atlanta area to manage specialized escrow processes, including setting up escrow lines for newly originated and acquired loans, researching tax and insurance items, and disbursing escrow balances on paid-in-full loans. The role requires adherence to US laws and company policies.

The position offers a starting pay range of $20.00-$23.50 per hour, with opportunity to escalate complex issues and provide weekly/monthly

Formación

• 2–3 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Experience using mortgage loan servicing and loan originating systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Set up mortgage insurance escrow lines on loans and research escrow items.
• Process cancellation requests for FHA/PMI/USDA.
• Research and resolve property discrepancies for tax, insurance, and flood vendors.
• Provide posting instructions for tax, insurance, and PMI refunds.
• Disburse funds on paid-in-full loans with escrow balances.
