Job summary

HNE is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist to support mortgage default servicing in a client-facing, on-site role at a designated client location. The position works with client representatives and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing in line with procedures and client requirements.

No prior foreclosure experience is required as training will cover mortgage default processes, documentation, systems, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Maintain confidentiality in a high-volume, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and post-sale matters per procedures.
• Review and maintain loan, case, property, and legal documents in systems.
• Monitor deadlines, gather information, resolve items, escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate with client representatives and internal teams with timely updates.
