Job summary

The Mortgage Law Firm is seeking a Default Specialist to support client communications and mortgage default operations. You will manage records, monitor inquiries, and route matters to the appropriate internal teams while upholding service standards.

You will handle calls professionally, document conversations, and assist with loss mitigation requests within your authority. Remote work from select US locations is possible, with regular collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Accept new matters and establish accurate records in the case management system.

• Handle incoming calls professionally and route to the appropriate resource.
• Communicate with borrowers using approved procedures and not provide legal advice.
• Track loss mitigation requests and escalate overdue items.
• Maintain quality control and ensure accurate information.
