NBT is seeking a detail-oriented team member to contact delinquent consumer and mortgage accounts, researching misposted payments and reviewing collateral before actions. The role requires evening hours and strong communication skills.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer service experience. The position offers exposure to foreclosure and legal processes, with opportunities to contribute to internal and external customer resolutions.

Formación

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contact past due consumer and residential mortgage accounts for payment.
• Recommend accounts for foreclosure, repossession and legal actions.
• Research lost or misposted payments for customer accounts.
• Review collateral prior to any actions by the Bank.
• Prepare reports and maintain appropriate files.
