Qualifications

• Experience entering and maintaining accurate information in case management systems or trackers.

Responsibilities

• Accept new matters and establish accurate records in the firm’s case management system.
• Review documents and enter information to identify requirements, deadlines, or impediments.
• Monitor communications channels and route or escalate as needed.
• Handle calls professionally and document conversations accurately.
• Provide customer service within approved authority and avoid giving legal advice.
• Track loss mitigation requests and ensure timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
• Prepare recurring or ad hoc workload reports as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of matter history and status.
