Job summary

PNC seeks a Client Solution Specialist to support delivery of mortgage home lending services. You will manage client relationships, gather documentation, and ensure processing accuracy while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating with client teams and service partners and may include administrative tasks. Expect to work a schedule with EST hours and some remote work eligibility in select locations; travel or in-office presence may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge.
• 3+ years experience typically required; related certifications or military experience may be considered.
• Includes knowledge of customer service, sales support and account servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Gathers required documentation and prepares, reviews and verifies information for accuracy.
• Performs processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes; may administer implementation plans.
• Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates issues as necessary.
• Initiates, updates and verifies client, account or transaction details in systems; provides reports as needed.
• May perform general administrative support.
