Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a shift leader to support the management team in running the location, coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service, producing high quality food, and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience.

You will handle cash, follow the Training Program, develop others, enforce policies, participate in local marketing, build sales, keep the store clean, and lead a crew of 2–5 with urgency and pride.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation
