Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-site work required, remote not available.
• Maintain cleanliness and positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices and procedures.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning certification within company required timeframes.
• Submit to National Sex Offender Registry search.
• E-Verify participation for Utah locations.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with memberships, tours and sign-ups; explain options.
• Handle account inquiries, changes and billing questions.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Check members in using the club POS system; answer phones.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the club.
