Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and follow Sodexo recipes to prepare baked items from scratch (bread, muffins, biscuits, cakes, pastries).
• Weigh and measure ingredients, mix doughs and batters, shape and cut dough, and bake items to perfection.
• Regulate oven temps, monitor baking times, and ensure proper temperatures for all products.
