Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in a specialized bakery or pastry role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and follow Sodexo recipes to prepare a variety of baked items from scratch (bread, rolls, muffins, cakes, pastries).
• Weigh and measure ingredients, mix doughs, shape and bake items to perfection.
• Regulate oven temperatures, monitor baking times, and ensure proper temperatures for all products.
