Job summary

Executive Home Care is seeking a seasoned business development professional to own the Montgomery County, PA territory. Leverage an active network of discharge planners, case managers, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, and senior living contacts to generate recurring client referrals from day one.

In this full-time role, you will conduct education-based presentations, build a territory plan, reactivate dormant relationships, and track progress in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven outside sales or business development in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare referral sales
• Active network of referral relationships in senior care that can be activated immediately
• Track record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales quotas
• Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person prospecting, and disciplined CRM use
• Valid driver license and reliable, insured vehicle; willingness to spend most time in the field
• Strong presentation and relationship-management skills
• Full-time availability (5 days/week)

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage referral relationships across Montgomery County
• Convert relationships into active, recurring client referrals from day one
• Represent the company through educational presentations at senior living communities
• Build and execute a territory business development plan with measurable targets
• Reactivate dormant relationships and expand presence in underpenetrated segments
• Track outreach, referrals, and pipeline in the CRM
• Represent the company at community events and network functions
• Report weekly on pipeline activity and results to ownership
