Job summary

Executive Home Care of Newtown is seeking a part-time business development professional with an existing Bucks County referral network. You will manage relationships with discharge planners, case managers, elder law attorneys, and senior living contacts, while focusing on 2-3 days per week in the field.

You will report to ownership and drive client referrals, activation of dormant relationships, and strategic outreach to memory care and other segments within Bucks County.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven outside sales or business development in home care or related healthcare referral sales.
• Active network of referral relationships in the senior care ecosystem.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding referral quotas.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and CRM use.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage referral relationships across Bucks County.
• Convert existing referrals into recurring client referrals from day one.
• Represent Executive Home Care through educational presentations at senior living communities and partner sites.
• Build and execute a Bucks County outreach plan for 2-3 days/week.
• Track outreach, referral source performance, and pipeline in the CRM.
• Represent the company at community events and health fairs.
• Report weekly on pipeline activity to ownership.
