Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant financial operations/pricing activation experience or 4+ years of strong customer service with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tech, or relevant field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data and make complex decisions
• Experience with contracts and large data sets; proficient with Salesforce, G Suite, and MS Office
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and ability to drive projects to results

Responsibilities

• Own accurate and timely activation of sold custom pricing contracts
• Own pricing activation in Stripe’s billing systems from intake to configuration and post-activation checks
• Translate legal terms into accurate billing configurations and flag ambiguities
• Perform quality-control and reconciliation checks to ensure correct billing outcomes
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes and scale operations
• Investigate and resolve onboarding and rate discrepancy inquiries with Sales
• Analyze processes and propose changes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Assist with system implementations for billings, collections, and audits
• Contribute to or lead flux analysis of key metrics and ad hoc projects
