Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional to act as a central engine for the global deal pricing team. You will own the operating model, drive cross-functional process excellence, and codify our commercial knowledge to scale GTM velocity.

You will lead strategic planning, manage operating cadences, and deploy AI/LLM solutions to automate documentation and data extraction from sales communications.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning and operating rhythm experience.
• Ability to translate annual goals into quarterly OKRs.
• Experience enabling cross-functional collaboration in pricing and sales.
