Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to join the Metronome solutions team in San Francisco. You will own the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle between after sales and post-implementation, guiding clients on usage-based pricing, integrations, and data flows.

You’ll partner with sales, product, and R&D to drive multi‑phase transformations for enterprise customers, and travel to client sites as needed. Strong background in SaaS, GTM playbooks, and billing tools is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical and/or customer-facing SaaS roles.
