Stripe's Metronome Integration Engineering team is hiring an Integration Engineer to help customers implement Metronome successfully and realize value quickly. You’ll lead technical work across requirements gathering, solution and integration design, configuration, testing, data migration, launch, and handoff.

In this role you’ll design API integrations with CRM, CPQ, billing, tax and ERP systems; advocate for customer needs with R&D; and partner with delivery teams to manage risks and ensure

Competenze

• 10+ years in technical or customer-facing SaaS roles (sales engineering, solutions architecture, TAM, or deployment strategy).
• Experience leading complex enterprise implementations.
• Proven ability to work in fast-moving environments with initiative and ownership.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for technical, GTM, and finance stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~30% of the time.
• Preferred: experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ systems, Stripe ecosystem.

• Lead discovery, scoping, requirements gathering, and integration design for customer implementations.
• Configure Metronome platform for customers and design integrations with CRM, CPQ, billing, tax, ERP, and analytics tools.
• Provide expert guidance on usage-based pricing and related business models.
• Act as liaison between customers and Metronome's R&D teams to advocate for needs and feature requests.
• Partner with delivery teams to monitor progress and proactively identify risks and issues.
• Support handoffs to Customer Success and Technical Support.
