Job summary

Stripe’s Metronome team seeks a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of the customer lifecycle, from discovery through demos, POC, and handoff. You will tailor demonstrations for engineering, product, operations, and finance stakeholders.

Expect to travel to meet prospects, run workshops, and close deals with startups to enterprise SaaS customers worldwide. Growth-minded, technically strong candidates will thrive in this high-velocity Stripe unit.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in technical and/or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Academic background in a technical area with high EQ is preferred.
• Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Interest in building and improving GTM playbooks and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of the customer lifecycle from discovery calls through demos and POC to post-sales handover.
• Build and run customized demos for buyers with multiple personas (engineering, product, operations, finance).
• Travel to meet prospects in person; participate in workshops, conferences and on-sites; work globally.
