Job summary

Stripe, LLC. is expanding its billing, onboarding, and contract operations to support complex user agreements and high-growth customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with legal, sales, engineering, and accounting teams to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes. The ideal candidate has a finance/business background with 4+ years in customer-facing or data-driven roles, plus strong SQL, Excel, and dashboard skills using Tableau/Hubble.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, Information Management, or a related field, plus 4 years of client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or technical product sales.
• At least 3 years in each area: tracing process impacts to outcomes; GSuite and Excel; working with large data sets; SQL; project management or consulting; data modeling; creating high quality PowerPoint presentations; digital workflow design; dashboard design and Tableau/data viz.
• Experience with data visualization tools including dashboards in Hubble is preferred and forecasting/modeling capabilities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
• Build scalable onboarding processes for new and existing users and onboard sold contracts into billing systems.
• Collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to improve contract reviews and anticipate business needs.
• Partner with account managers to resolve onboarding, billing, and collections inquiries.
• Provide data-driven insights and feedback to internal stakeholders to optimize Stripe user experience.
• Lead continuous process improvements to enhance operations across systems and teams.
