Job summary

Stripe, LLC. is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support regional sales leaders with advanced analytics, forecasting, and go-to-market initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic insight across large datasets.

You will work with BI tools (Tableau) and SQL, delivering dashboards and actionable recommendations to senior leaders. A high degree of ownership, collaboration, and communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Management and Systems, or related field, plus seven years in Sales, Strategy and Operations; five+ years post-bachelor's progressive experience.
• Alternative: Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in same fields, plus five years in Sales, Strategy and Operations.
• Five years of experience with SQL and other advanced analytic tools; develop and run complex SQL queries and analyze large data sets.
• Five years with BI visualization tools, including Tableau.
• Working with data and large datasets to identify trends and provide insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales leaders with intelligence to accelerate growth.
• Standardize global and regional processes across decentralized areas.
• Provide deep dives into performance metrics and insights for business decisions.
• Solve problems and structure analyses for complex sales operations challenges.
• Identify opportunities for productivity gains for regional sales leadership.
• Participate in go-to-market and resource planning projects.
• Run analyses on key metrics and provide insights for leadership.
• Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools with internal teams.
• Prepare weekly forecast materials for senior leaders and provide updates on growth metrics.
• Manage bespoke projects and stakeholders.
