Stripe in Seattle is seeking a Monetization and Contract Success Specialist to guide complex commercial agreements through pre-signature review from a supportability lens. You’ll ensure terms are clear, operationally feasible, and implementable in Stripe’s systems.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, strengthen controls, and scale workflows. The role emphasizes operational excellence, risk-aware decision making, and a track record of improving contract processes

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial contracting or related fields.
• Ability to interpret commercial and legal language and translate into operational requirements.
• Experience partnering with Legal or risk/control functions and supporting negotiations is valued.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a subject-matter expert across the commercial contract lifecycle.
• Review and interpret commercial and legal terms and prepare inputs for review.
• Collaborate with Deal Pricing, Deal Strategy, Legal, Accounting, Billing, Sales Operations, Engineering and account teams.
• Advise on commercial terms balancing user needs, Stripe objectives, and risk.
• Own feedback loops with Pricing Activation for onboarding of contracts and pricing terms.
• Manage contract workflows in systems and maintain documentation and status updates.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle including inquiries, escalations, and post-execution corrections.
• Build scalable processes and controls to improve contract quality and activation accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
