Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director to lead the Go-To-Market monetization transformation across our audit, advisory, transform and operate offerings. You’ll shape pricing, packaging and monetization strategies, building frameworks and governance for a value-driven model across services.

You’ll collaborate across a matrix organization, influence senior stakeholders, and apply behavioral science and advanced analytics to optimize margins and win rates.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pricing/commercials, strategy consulting, corporate development and/or SaaS/product commercialization.
• Expert in financial modelling, monetization, pricing and related metrics.
• University degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the product and service commercialization factory across business models.
• Create clarity from ambiguity, identify and monetize client value to accelerate profitable growth.
• Align value, usage and pricing metrics to meet definable, measurable client demand.
• Facilitate decomposition of complex services into modular, monetizable components.
• Define and refine pricing lists with terms, discounts and incentives.
• Build trust-based relationships to influence decisions and expand client value.
