EY seeks a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead the commercialization factory across our Audit, Transform, and Advisory offerings. You will shape monetization, pricing and packaging for new and reimagined products and services, driving profitable growth across our широк range of business models.

You’ll build frameworks and governance for GTM monetization, leverage PLG and SLG motions, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver high‑impact client value and revenue

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services pricing/commercials.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, budgeting and metrics.
• University/Bachelors’ degree or equivalent qualification required.
• MBA or master’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the product and service commercialization factory across various business models.
• Create clarity from ambiguity to identify and monetize client value.
• Align value, usage and pricing metrics to meet client demand and pricing criteria.
• Define and refine price lists with monetization models and terms to increase price realization.
• Build trust-based relationships to influence decision-makers and expand EY revenues.
• Facilitate decomposition of services into modular components for monetization maturity.
