Opal is building tools to help people reclaim their time and focus on what matters. As Monetization Manager, you’ll own paywall experiments, pricing, and across-platform monetization for Android and Web, collaborating closely with Product, Design and Engineering.

You will shape the monetization roadmap, drive lifecycle monetization, and use data to size opportunities, with an emphasis on efficient revenue growth and user value. This role offers remote flexibility and equity potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years owning monetization at a consumer subscription app.
• Hands-on experience implementing paywalls in a paywall tool (Superwall, RevenueCat, Adapty, or equivalent).
• Self-serve on data and AI with product analytics and subscription reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own paywall and offer experimentation end-to-end.
• Own pricing: price ladder, discounts, and geo/PPP pricing bands.
