Job summary

Tempo Software is seeking a senior, individual-contributor Product Growth leader to own the end-to-end growth strategy. You will set vision, build the plan, and influence a wide cross-functional group to align on growth opportunities grounded in data and user insights.

You will drive activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across the product portfolio, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to secure real alignment and measurable outcomes in the first year.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a growth role at a tech or SaaS company, with activation, engagement, retention, and monetization experience.
• Able to improve trial, purchase, or renewal funnels and to work across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
• Strategic thinker who can articulate bets and win alignment across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and set data-driven strategy across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Own growth roadmap and alignment with company objectives; secure genuine buy-in from leadership.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing and Sales; advocate for growth initiatives.
• Design and run onboarding, in-product messaging, cross-sell/upsell motions to move ARR.
• Lead experimentation; interpret results and scale winning initiatives.
• Apply AI to evolve growth motions (personalized onboarding, lifecycle messaging).
• Build and nurture cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
