Empower LLC is seeking a Product Manager for Personal Wealth Growth to drive the digital rollover and client conversion journey. You will own the roadmap, collaborate with design, engineering and research, and define strategies that improve conversion and customer outcomes.

With 3+ years in leading direct-to-consumer fintech products, you will analyze data, run experiments, and influence senior leaders to deliver value efficiently in a remote, nationwide environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major digital direct-to-consumer products.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with senior leaders.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into product insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and influence product strategy to drive growth in Personal Wealth.
