Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology to drive commercialization within a multi-state Delta Plains territory (KS, OK, MO, AR, KY, TN, North MS). This field-based role requires extensive travel and a proven ability to translate clinical value into economic terms for healthcare buyers.

Base pay ranges from $110,000 to $150,000, with an incentive program and a car/allowance option, reflecting a competitive package for experienced medical sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years in healthcare/medical device sales; 4+ for senior placement.
• 2+ years in capital equipment or complex medical sales preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information and economic value.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and account-strategy capabilities.
• Experience in urology, robotics, or OR-based selling preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build strategic territory plan with segmentation, funnel, and forecasts.
• Engage physicians and economic buyers to understand needs and funding.
• Lead product, clinical discussions and demonstrations for Monarch Urology.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing and terms.
• Coordinate post-sale installation, training, and adoption plans.
• Support customers to achieve clinical and economic goals and long-term utilization.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on education and growth strategies.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology and market trends.
• Operate in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
