Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a field-based Clinical Representative to cover the Delta Plains Territory, including KS, OK, MO, AR, KY, TN, and N. MS.

You will deliver procedural support, education, and use data-driven strategies to grow system and disposable utilization. The role requires travel up to 90% within the territory, strong clinical knowledge, and ability to train physicians and staff on Monarch Urology and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3+ years clinical/medical device experience or
• Associate degree/medical certification + 5+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and staff.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through clinical education and responsive service.
• Support account development to increase utilization and device adoption.
• Assist with product demonstrations, training events, and education initiatives.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support procedures.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align on plans and referrals.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for issues and feedback.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of kidney stone workflows and related practices.
• Ensure professional, compliant customer interactions and service delivery.
• Lead sales activity at the account level to ensure product availability for procedures.
