Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced manufacturing production manager to lead the Individual Site for the Secure Power Modular Data Center business in the United States. The role encompasses full production oversight, planning, scheduling, and collaboration with engineering, quality, and materials to ensure efficient, on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operational Excellence.
• 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing tool environment.
• Understanding of systems integration and wiring control systems is a plus.
• Schneider Electric products and Electrical Enclosure integration knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process from start to finish.
• Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Manage a team of production supervisors and workers.
• Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production-related problems promptly.
• Ensure the quality of the end product meets customer expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order material as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain adequate staffing and keep records of production data and costs.
