Job summary

Insight Global seeks a skilled supervisor to lead day-to-day modular data-center integration and assembly operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coach leads and technicians, assign work, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Training, EHS, Maintenance, and Test teams.

Translate the production plan into shift priorities, monitor plan-versus-actual performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure records and controls are maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Typically 3+ years of manufacturing, assembly, integration, construction/manufacturing, or industrial operations experience, with demonstrated lead or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate跨-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Integration/Assembly shift activities with safety, quality, delivery, and people priorities.
• Review daily/weekly build plan, staffing, material status, tooling, and quality gates before work release.
• Translate production schedule into clear work assignments and balance labor.
