Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced E-House Solution Architect to lead modular power infrastructure initiatives for utilities, industrials, and data centers. You will translate complex requirements into scalable, manufacturable E-House solutions while working with sales, engineering, and project teams.

The role emphasizes technical leadership across disciplines and strong engagement with customers. We expect 10+ years in power systems, a related engineering degree, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
• 10+ years in power systems, E-House, modular infrastructure, or related industries.
• Experience shaping proposals, bids, and pre-sales activities.
• Customer-facing experience with utilities, EPCs, or industrial end users.
• Knowledge of HVAC, safety, and environmental controls in critical power infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements, design reviews, and solution validation with customers.
• Translate requirements into modular E-House architectures meeting performance and cost targets.
• Define complete modular power solutions including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and automation.
• Develop layouts, transport strategies, and installation considerations for E-House concepts.
• Assess risks, support tendering, and collaborate across sales, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Define SCADA, PLC, and power monitoring architectures and ensure code compliance.
