Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing & Construction Project Manager to lead Modular data center projects, overseeing planning, execution, and financial performance.

Travel to the plant is required and you will work with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and budgets while maintaining safety and quality standards. You’ll bring five years’ experience in electrical construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Project; Accubid Classic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in electrical construction or related activities in a leadership role managing multi-million-dollar projects.
• Five (5) years of experience managing people and electrical construction projects within commercial, utility, data center, or related markets.
• Experience with union workforces and labor rate calculations.
• Strong management and leadership skills with a track record of developing employees.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project; Accubid Classic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead projects and project teams from qualification through closeout within budgets and schedules.
• Establish project execution plans and provide scheduling and coordination with product development and production.
• Identify risks, develop recovery actions, and manage change orders.
• Oversee project financials, invoices, budgets, and productivity reporting.
• Act as a key contact with customers and end-user owners; manage relationships with subcontractors.
• Ensure safe, professional performance and adherence to company values.
