Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to support the Secure Power Modular Data Center business. This position leads and directs daily activities for installation & integration operations of Modular Data Centers in Red Oak, TX.

You will work side by side with crew leaders to deliver an Integrated Package scope including Prefab Enclosures, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity while developing the team and aligning with Schneider Production Systems.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Four-year degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
  • BS degree in an Engineering discipline preferred.

  • Focuses on driving Safety, quality and productivity.
  • Development of employee’s careers.

Job description

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to support the Secure Power Modular Data Center business.

This position is accountable for leading, Planning, Organizing, and directing all daily activities for mainly the installation & integration operations of Modular Data Centers.

This position is a working supervisor who will work side by side with their crew of cell leads. The individual in this position leads and manages the manufacturing team to deliver an Integrated Package scope of work including Prefab Enclosures.

Who will you report to?
  • Red Oak Plant Operations Manager
What qualifications will make you successful in this role?
  • 10+ years of experience managing teams
  • Facility Management and/or critical functions within a facility (Engineering and/or Manufacturing Management)
  • Schneider Electric products and Electrical Enclosure integration knowledge is a plus
  • Four-year degree and/or equivalent work experience required
  • BS degree in an Engineering discipline preferred

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
