Job description

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced manufacturing production manager for Individual Site to support the Secure Power Modular Data Center business.

This position is a key player in the manufacturing modular data centers for overseeing the entire production process , this position manage the production team and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish , A production Manager includes planning and organizing production schedules , ensuring product quality and safety, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that production deadlines are met , he also work closely with others departments such engineering, quality , materials to ensure efficient and effective production. A production manager must have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and manage teams effectively, and have excellent problem-solving capabilities, have a good understanding of production processes and equipment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The individual in this position leads and manages the manufacturing team to deliver an Integrated Package scope of work including Prefab Enclosures, e-Houses, skids with electrical distribution, automation control systems.

What will you do?

Qualifications

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
