Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced E-House Solution Architect to lead the development of integrated modular power infrastructure solutions for utilities, industrials, and data centers. You will be the technical authority in customer engagements, translating requirements into scalable E-House architectures that are technically sound, commercially viable, and manufacturable.

You will work with customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing to deliver differentiated solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or related field.
• 10+ years in power systems, substations or modular power infra.
• Experience designing or supporting E-House, modular substations, IPCs, or PDCs.
• Direct customer, EPC, utilities, or industrial end-user engagement experience.
• Experience in proposals, bids, tendering or pre-sales support.
• Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, and transport considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical customer engagements, design reviews, and solution validation.
• Translate requirements into integrated E-House architectures balancing cost and manufacturability.
• Define modular power infrastructure solutions across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and safety systems.
• Develop concepts including layouts, transportation, lifting, and environmental controls.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Assess risks and define SCADA, PLC, and digital power architectures.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and contribute to best practices.
