Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath is seeking a Sales Representative in Washington. Hybrid role requiring residence in Spokane/Airway Heights or Tri-Cities area with regional travel.

You will develop strategies to rent and sell modular buildings, build customer relationships, and coordinate projects with internal teams and suppliers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sales experience, excellent communication, and a proven ability to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and strong communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; strong interpersonal skills.
• Understand the sales process and demonstrate motivation and closing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM databases; time management.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase branch profits.
• Identify, pursue, and close rental and sales opportunities across industries.
• Build relationships with customers to establish trust and drive deals.
• Document customer requirements accurately and ensure project alignment.
• Conduct site visits and presentations showcasing modular building options.
• Prepare reports on activities, results, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and subcontractors for project execution.
• Maintain accurate quotes and order records; manage pipeline.
