Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales management experience with a track record of revenue growth and results.
• Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, performance analysis, profitability decisions.
• Experience building strategic customer relationships, developing new business, and supporting complex sales opportunities and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Sales Reps; ensure accountability for goals.
• Lead one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and field coaching.
• Create an environment of clear expectations, trust, growth, and shared responsibility.
• Develop regional sales strategies to grow revenue, utilization, market share, and profitability.
• Balance customer needs, operational capacity, and long-term value.
• Monitor performance trends and translate insights into coaching actions.
