Mcgrath Rent Corp is seeking a Sales Representative in Washington state to drive new business and manage relationships for modular buildings across multiple industries. The role combines business development, project coordination, and customer service, with a focus on learning, growth, and impact.

You will generate new business, build relationships, and work with internal teams to provide accurate estimates and ensure projects are executed correctly, on time, and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Able to travel within assigned territory as needed.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written formats.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and other computer programs.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across various industries.
• Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
• Ensure all customer requirements and specifications are documented and met.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase modular building options.

• Prepare reports on sales activities, results, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and subcontractors for project execution.
