Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Finance) to lead a high-performing sales team across the Pacific Northwest. The role combines branch, field, and remote work with travel up to 30%.

You will drive revenue growth, develop regional sales strategies, and manage forecasting, budgeting, and key customer partnerships while coordinating with Operations and regional leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated record of revenue growth.
• Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, performance analysis, and profitability decisions.
• Experience building strategic customer relationships, developing new business, and supporting complex sales opportunities and negotiations.
• Hands-on, accountable leadership style with strong communication, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership, customer engagement, team development, cross-functional partnership, and administrative responsibilities.
• Strong organization, follow-through, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and sales-reporting systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Lead profitable revenue growth across the Pacific Northwest by developing a high-performing sales team, strengthening key customer relationships, and partnering with Operations and regional leaders.
• Coaching, customer engagement, strategic planning, and business performance leadership.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that grow revenue, utilization, market share, and profitability.
• Use sound business judgment to balance customer needs, operational capacity, and long-term value.
• Monitor performance trends and turn insights into focused coaching and action.
• Develop relationships with key customers and support major projects, strategic accounts, negotiations, and business reviews.
• Coach the team to uncover customer needs and recommend practical, tailored, and profitable solutions.
• Partner with Marketing and industry partners to expand market presence and support growth.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast to support revenue, staffing, inventory, and growth decisions.
• Contribute to budgeting, P&L management, reporting, compliance, and regional business planning.
• Ensure timely, accurate CRM documentation, performance tracking, and follow-through on commitments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Fleet, Project Management, Marketing, and other teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Bring the customer and sales perspective into product mix, availability, purchasing, utilization, and inventory decisions.
• Support division initiatives and strengthen employee and customer retention.
