Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will mentor squad members, drive guest experiences, and ensure safe, efficient service across Front and Back of House while adapting to peak periods.

You will work a flexible schedule with a focus on leadership, training, and operational execution to deliver the best MOD experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Mentor or informal leadership experience
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to follow and enforce processes and standards
• Calm presence during high volume
• Good written and oral communication
• Able to work minimum 3 shifts and 18 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure guests are served, the squad is deployed, and operations run smoothly
• Train newly hired or promoted squad members and support new program rollouts
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and customer feedback tools
• Ensure food safety and MOD standards in Back of House and Front of House
• Address squad and guest concerns, escalating when needed to the AM or GM
• Manage cash within the shift, including refunds and safe access
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support
• Follow shift checklists and review communications from Slice and other sources
