Rehab Medical LLC is seeking a Sales Representative in Austin, TX to drive business growth by building relationships with referral sources and clinicians for mobility solutions. You will manage a territory, perform daily outreach, and coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth patient delivery.

Candidates should have 2–6 years of B2B experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Compensation includes uncapped commissions with earnings typically ranging from $80k–$100k

Responsabilités

• Relationship Building & Business Development: Develop and maintain productive relationships with referral sources and clinicians.
• Revenue & Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Insurance & Documentation Support: Collaborate with clinicians to ensure proper documentation for equipment orders and LMNs.
• Client Assessment & Product Selection: Assess mobility needs with clinicians and recommend customized mobility solutions.
