Responsibilities

• Assist with creating rental car reservations and processing rentals.
• Provide clean, safe vehicles and assist with post-rental inquiries involving billing.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and procedures.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by addressing customer inquiries and objections.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup, including inspection and cleaning.
