Responsibilities

• Provide the fastest, easiest rental experience for Lyft/Uber drivers and customers.
• Create reservations, process rentals, and ensure vehicles are clean and safe for pick-up.
• Assist with post-rental inquiries related to rental and billing processes.
• Respond to phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber program and requirements.
• Communicate Hertz/Lyft/Uber procedures clearly to customers.
• Overcome objections to maximize revenue opportunities with customers.
• Prepare vehicles for pickup, including checks for damage, cleaning, and fueling.
