Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is seeking a Sales and Service Specialist to join the Hertz Local Edition team. This role focuses on delivering the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience to Lyft and Uber drivers.

As a brand ambassador, you will facilitate reservations, rentals, and provide clean, safe vehicles while supporting customers with rental and billing inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operational efficacies to provide customers the best rental car experience
• Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles to our customers
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving rental and billing processes
• Answer phone inquiries about Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, extensions, roadside assistance questions
• Maximize revenue opportunities by proactively soliciting business after inquiries and addressing objections
